Draft for Consultation - WASA (Mar 2003)
This document sets out
Draft Service Standards for the Supply and Distribution of Water and for
wastewater Services. They are presented under the headings of Guaranteed
Standards and Overall Standards, and they will form the basis for measuring
service provider's performance in the area of Quality of Service. This document
also proposes a Compensatory Payment Scheme for failure to meet Guaranteed
Standards. However, failure to meet Overall Standards will not result in
compensatory payments.
