There are no charges/fees associated with the RIC services, with the exception of printed material.
Complaints can be submitted via the telephone but those that require supporting evidence should be submitted in person or by fax, email or written form.
Complaints received by the RIC will be directed to the relevant Service Provider and within one (1) week the customer will be informed of the action taken. The Commission will continue to liaise with the Service Provider until the complaint is resolved. Please note. All personal information will be handled as confidential.
The Service Provider should not terminate your service until the complaint is formally resolved and in any case not without due notice of such action. |
